Recycle Rush!

We are excited to be competing in our first ever FRC season with the game Recycle Rush!

Alliances earn points by stacking game pieces on scoring platforms.  To earn points, gray bins ("Totes") can be stacked on top of each other, green "Recycling Containers" can be placed on top of the stack, and green pool noodles ("Litter") can be put in the Recycling Container or on a certain area of the field.  Yellow totes on the field can be used to score bonus points if other alliance members help move them to the scoring platform ("Coopertition Set") or by stacking them on the platform ("Coopertition Stack").

The Each match is two and a half minutes long.  The first fifteen seconds is Autonomous Mode in which the robot runs on a pre-programmed code.  The rest of the time is Teleop mode in which student drivers may control the robot.

This season looks to be great challenge and opportunity to learn.  We have six weeks to strategize, design, prototype, and build the robot to play this game.  February 17 is our deadline.  The schedule is tight, but we are up to the challenge!
